This is Austria's favourite mustard. A spicy tarragon mustard that uses yellow and brown mustard seeds. This is a staple in the Austrian kitchen refridgerator. This version is seen as the original and dates back to the establishment of Mautner Markhof in the mid 19th Century. Choose this if you want an authentically spicy mustard that compliments salty and meaty flavours in sausages and other dishes.
