Salzburger Stiegl Senf by Haas - beer mustard

A dreamy combination of the Upper Austrian family business, Ed. Haas, and the famous Stiegl from Salzburg.

This particular delicacy is perfect for barbecues or "Brettl Jausn". It fits perfectly with meat or other hearty dishes. We also use it to marinade sauces - Erich even used it to make a Bengali aubergine curry!

Ingredients: water, mustard seeds, 16% "Stiegl Pils" (water, barley malt, hops), sugar, brandy vinegar, salt, barley malt syrup and spices
